By accessing or using OnlyTrue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
OnlyTrue is a reverse marketplace for cryptographically certified authentic content. Buyers post briefs describing the content they need, and verified creators apply to fulfil those briefs. All content is captured exclusively in-app with hardware-backed cryptographic signing to guarantee authenticity.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
OnlyTrue charges a 15% platform commission on all transactions. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer approves the delivered content or 48 hours have elapsed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All content on OnlyTrue is cryptographically signed at the point of capture. Tampering with or misrepresenting content authenticity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You may not use OnlyTrue for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to circumvent the platform's security measures.
OnlyTrue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyTrue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
